Buses to Cardiff from Penarth,

 

Buses every 6 minutes leave from the stop outside Tropical Tandoori (by the roundabout)
they take about 20 minutes and cost about £2.40 return -
try to have the right money they will not accept large denomination notes
and if that is all you have they will not let you travel!
